WHO: Jessica Drew, May Parker, Harry Osborn, also EVERY KID EVER WHO IS IN MAY'S APARTMENT and Patrick and Johnny if y'all want to show up
WHERE: May's apartment but later Dave & Buster's maybe
WHEN: Thursday around 4
SUMMARY: Harry steals Jess from May's daycare center to go play video games because they are the BEST and MOST RESPONSIBLE.

Hopefully five pizzas would be a sufficient exchange for Jessica. He was pretty sure May wouldn't mind, if she had Johnny and Patrick lined up to help her. What could he do that they couldn't? Seriously. Oh, right — free pizza. Heh.

This was going to be weird, and he was feeling fairly self-conscious, but of all the people in the world, Peter was the one who knew the most about what he'd gone through. And he hadn't been a very good friend back then. It would be different from now on. With this in mind, Harry shifted the pizzas over so he could knock. Peter might be Jessica now, but he was going to treat her the same, except differently, except the same. ... if he thought about this too much he would start getting anxious, so he pushed it out of his mind.

Hank bounces in from nowhere, as is his wont. "Oh, you brought us pizza! How very pleasant of you!"

He does not grab at them just yet, though. No no, he remembers his manners. "My nomenclature is Henry Phillip McCoy, but everyone calls me Hank. What's yours?"
Harry Osborn: hmm.osborncomplex on May 13th, 2011 03:32 am (UTC)
"Harry. Nice to meet you." He's smooth enough socially that it doesn't come out hesitant or weird, although he's not really good with kids. "There's cheese, pepperoni, and one with vegetables."

Okay, so now that he was thinking about it, it was kind of dumb to assume Dr. McCoy had been blue and furry all his life, but that wasn't exactly what he'd done, it's just he hadn't given much if any thought to how he might have been when he was young. TEACHERS ARE ADULTS, THEY WERE TOTALLY BORN ADULTS... and to be fair, it seemed like Dr. McCoy had been speaking pretty formally from a young age.

"Oh, I like cheese the best!" He goes ahead and grabs a slice, completely ignoring Harry's inner turmoil.

"I have not witnessed your prescience before now, are you a friend of May's?"
Harry Osborn: pb ✖ really?osborncomplex on May 13th, 2011 04:42 am (UTC)
Jesus, it's obvious Dr. McCoy is still smarter than him at this age. Harry just nods, though, resigned to his fate of averageness. "And Jess. And Patrick's my roommate. I've just, uh, been busy."

And super oblivious, goddamnit.

"I underestimate what you mean! This is my initial visit in the big city, and there's no shortage of things to explore!" He bounced up and latched onto the trim on the ceiling, eating his pizza and smiling down at Harry. "Who's Jess? She isn't someone I'm familial with..."

"Uh..." Harry looked up at Hank, then looked around. "She's around here somewhere. She... looks a little like May?" Oh god what is he saying.

Hank thought about this for a moment. "Do you mean Julia? Are they sisters?"
Harry Osborn: you and meosborncomplex on May 13th, 2011 03:27 pm (UTC)
"Julia?" It takes Harry a second and then he's inwardly cursing himself. "Yeah. Julia. Haha. I'm... dumb, ignore me. No, they're uh, just friends."

It's okay Harry, it's nothing he wouldn't figure out once he got big again anyway. But he hops off the ceiling to his big book on Gregor Mendel.

"That is excruciatingly curious now that you mention it, though! Two completely underrelated people looking so alike. According to Mendel, most of those traits would be inherented from our parents!" He points to the page he has open, which may or may not directly relate to the subject. "See?"
